Vector files are preferred because they can be scaled without losing quality and the laser follows the paths (lines and curves) cleanly. This makes engraving sharp and precise.
Provide any of these files, and there is a onetime set up fee for $32.00, (for two hours, $10.00 per hours additional if needed and a $5.00 per use engraving fee each use thereafter.

Not accepted due to lacking in quality for projects.
Files created in Canva unfortunately do not meet the necessary standards for laser engraving because Canva exports artwork as flattened images (similar to a picture), not as editable vector paths. This means the laser cannot read the design accurately, resulting in loss of sharpness or poor engraving quality.
Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders. The more you order, the greater the discount. We believe in passing along our case pricing discount to our customers. Contact us for more information on bulk pricing.
Our normal turnaround time is 5 - 7 working days. For large quantity orders, more time may be needed. We make every effort to meet your event date.
Yes, we offer rush orders for an additional feel. The availability of rush orders will depend on the current workload and the complexity of the order. Please contact us for more information about rush orders.
Custom based orders cannot be returned, and no refunds will be given due to the customization nature of the item. If your order is wrong, or has an error when you receive it, we will do everything possible to have it corrected in time for your event. If the error is the responsibility of Classic Choice Awards & Gifts, we will correct your order, replace it with the same or like item, then send it out as soon as possible, with no additional charge to you, however we do not offer refunds on custom orders.
If the error is the responsibility of the customer, we will correct it for a redo fee plus shipping costs. This cost is established on a case-by-case basis.
Payment in full (or a Purchase Order) is required at the time of purchase, unless the customer has an approved credit application on file. If so, a 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering, and the remaining 50% will be invoiced and final payment will be due net 30-days with a 10% monthly late fee beginning the first day of the month following the 30-day due date.
We take pride in our craft and expertise, however sometimes the customer may have a different idea in mind and request a proof for approval prior to us processing the order. We will send via email 2 choices for approval, with each additional change request charge at $8.00 and resent via email for approval. If an approval proof is requested the order will not be sent to processing until the signed proof is received, which can result in delays.
No, quite the opposite. We offer our customers 5% discount for payments of cash or cleared check.
Classic Choice Awards & Gifts will implement a $35.00 NSF fee on any returned check and any credit card disputed transactions. Prior to contacting your bank, we encourage you to contact Classic Choice Awards & Gifts in regard to any issue with your credit card transactions. It is very possible the dispute is an easy clerical or administrative error and can be corrected without additional fees. If the customer does not contact us first, note there is a 1.5% per month fee assessed until resolved and the payment has been paid in full.
Classic Choice Awards & Gifts does reserve the right to modify pricing. Our catalogs are printed in advance and such things as "Tariffs" can increase pricing above what the catalog states. By doing business with us you agree to these terms.
